Sweet and Spicy



6 Boiled eggs, peeled

3 onions, chopped

1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

2 tomatoes blended

1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

I teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Chopped coriander leaves

4 tablespoons Cooking oil

Salt to taste


In a pan add the oil and let it heat, add the cumin seeds, bay leaf and fry for a few seconds.

Next add the chopped onion and cook until slightly brown.

Then add the red chili powder, turmeric powder and cook on low flame for about a minute.

Next add the blended tomatoes, salt, ginger and garlic paste and garam masala powder.

Fry the masala for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 3/4 cup water and cook until thick. Keep stirring occasionally.

Put the peeled boiled eggs one by one and stir gently.

Cook for a few minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
