Sweet and Spicy



For the smoothie:

1 frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup mango flavored yogurt

Frozen fruit is preferable because it helps thicken the smoothie.

In case frozen fruit is not available, a few ice cubes can do be used to thicken the smoothie.

For Topping:

kiwi slices

Mango chunks

Flax seeds

You can use any fruit, grated coconut, flax seeds or chia seeds


Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Depending on the power of your blender.

Pour into a bowl, and sprinkle on the toppings.
