1/2 kg Mince meat; beef or mutton
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 onions, finely chopped
2 onion, sliced
I/2 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
I teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
I teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 to 2 green chilies
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup water
Salt to taste
I tablespoon tomato paste
In a pan add some oil and fry the onions till golden brown.
Then add the ginger and garlic paste and cook for a few seconds until the aroma is released.
Next add the minced meat and cook till all the water released by the mince meat dries out.
Stir in between to break up all the lumps.
Once water drys and oil oozes out, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped green chilies and cook on low to medium heat until tomatoes are reduced and masala is cooked.
Add peas and tomato paste and mix it well.
Lastly add 1 cup of water and cook on low to medium heat and let the gravy thicken up.
Once the gravy is thickened and the peas are cooked, add garam masala and cook for 2 to 3 min and serve hot
