1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup regular sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
2 teaspoon baking extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees, grease a 9 inch pie dish or cast iron skillet.
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown and regular sugar till well combined.
To this add the vanilla extract, eggs and whisk briefly.
Add the dry contents into the wet and mix with a spatula.
Finally fold in the chocolate chips reserving a few to sprinkle on top
The batter will be thick . Pour onto the the baking tin and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 22 min or until done.
